The following is a list of classes that taught by Cindy Campione. The last Saturday of each month is held open for small group (up to five persons) classes taught in our Westshore/South Tampa home. We will travel to your location to teach individuals or groups (up to twenty persons). Fees include Workbooks, Certification Card and all other materials needed for the class.
Pet Saver
™ (
8 hours – includes lunchtime & two breaks)
$119 per person
The PetSaver™ course is designed to give cat and dog owners, pet professionals, and anyone who loves pets the necessary skills to provide well-being and emergency care to their pets. Normal wellness is covered, with emphasis is on preventing illness and injury, but also on giving triage care so that the pet can be stabilized and transported to an emergency veterinarian. This class includes coursework from the following classes: “First Aid, CPR & Care For Your Pets™”, “Dental Care for Your Pets™”, “Caring For Your Senior Pet-izen™”, and “Puppy-hood™”.
First Aid, CPR & Care For Your Pets

The best thing you can do during an emergency is to stay calm, and learning emergency skills ahead of time may very well enable you to do just that. This course will teach you a variety of skills that can be used to stabilize a pet during an emergency. It will enable you to react with the skill and confidence to help give your pet the best chance of survival, rather than reacting in panic mode.
Some of the emergency procedures you will learn include restraining and muzzling, rescue breathing, CPR, choking management, fractures, bleeding protocols, heatstroke, burns, frostbite, poisoning, shock management. You'll also learn the Snout-To-Tail Wellness Assessment. This is a systematic and deliberate method for evaluating and determining what's normal for your pet.
Dental Care For Dogs

$29 per person
"Doggie" breath is not normal and may be a sign of poor oral hygiene that should be addressed promptly. This course will teach you good dental hygiene for your pets including how to brush your dog’s teeth, stages and treatment of periodontal disease, and signs and symptoms of dental health problems.
Caring For Your Senior Pet-izen

Part of being a caring, conscientious, responsible, and loving pet owner includes helping your pet through the golden years. In this class, you'll learn when your cat or dog is considered a senior, signs to look for that indicate possible problems, and ways you can help keep your pet healthy and comfortable as he or she ages.
Puppy-hood

2.5 hours – includes two breaks)
$39 per person
So you are getting (or just got) a puppy! How wonderful! Puppies are all warm, snuggly, wriggly, wonderful fun, right? Knowing the stages of your puppy’s development will help you know what is normal and what needs attention, helping you to raise your puppy to happy, healthy, well balanced dog-hood! This course teaches developmental milestones, signs/symptoms of common puppy problems, covers potty training methods, pros and cons of crate training, appropriate feeding procedures, as well as how to clean their ears, brush their teeth, and clip their nails.
